* All deposits are non-refundable.

* When you book a party, you agree to provide a safe environment for the guests and your Princess.

* Princess Parties by Heidi and your guest Princess assume no liability resulting from accidents or any damage caused during the Princess' visit.

*Your Princess will treat your guests and home with dignity and care however liability lies with the client.

* Please inform your guests if the Princess will be offering face painting to avoid any allergic reactions.

* Your Princess will entertain your guests and provide a safe and fun atmosphere. The client, guests and parents are responsible to resolve behavioral issues.

* In the unlikely event your scheduled Princess cannot make the event, we reserve the right to schedule an alternate date or provide a substitute Princess. Deposits are non-refundable.

* The client must remain at the party during the Princess' visit.
